Job Title: Estate Manager (full-time)

Salary: £38,700 per annum.

Day-to-day tasks:

1) Managing property portfolios and liaising with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.

2) Overseeing property rentals, tenancy agreements, and ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

3) Providing relocation support and solutions to international clients, including housing, school placements, and transportation services.

4) Maintain relationship with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

5) Managing day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring a seamless service for all clients.

Skills Requirements:

1) Strong knowledge of UK property market and tenancy laws.

2) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3) Experience in property management, with the ability to handle mutiple portfolios.

4) Organisational skills to manage operations effectively.

5) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet client needs.

Other Requirements: 

1) Additional lanaguage perfered.

2) Full UK driving license perfered.
