Service process

3. Viewing Arrangements: After selecting your preferred properties, we will contact the landlord/agents to schedule viewings. Our agents will be with you in the viewing or visit the properties on your behalf and provide detailed viewing reports to you.

4. Offer Submission: Once you've chosen your desired property, we will assist you in submitting a rental offer to the property provider.

5. Deposit and Documentation: Upon acceptance of the offer, you are required to pay a holding deposit and provide necessary ID documents.

6. Reference check: Next, we will guide you through the reference check process (includes landlord reference, income reference, CCJs etc.).

7. Rent Payment: Once the reference check has been approved, you will need to pay the first rent directly to the property provider.

8. Move-in: Once the rent payment is completed, we will assist you in coordinating your move-in day.
