4. **Offer Submission**: Once you've chosen your desired property, we will assist you in submitting a rental offer to the agent.

5. **Deposit and Documentation**: Upon acceptance of the offer, you are required to pay a holding deposit and provide necessary id documents.

6. **Reference check**: Next, we will guide you through the background check process to ensure everything proceeds smoothly.

7. **Rent Payment**: Once the reference is approved, you will need to pay the first rent.

8. **Move-in**: After the rent payment is completed, you can collect the keys on the contract's start date and move into your new home.
